The 2800 square foot gym, completed in 2002, anchors an extensive recreation area.
Custom built from salvaged old-growth redwood, the arched bottom chord trusses support a slate roof. The main 16 foot wide sliding doors are crafted from the same redwood, as are the windows, and they disappear completely into hidden pockets along the entry wall. The structure was framed with FSC-certified lumber and insulated with dry blown cellulose.
